Laci Giminano is VCW's Head Legal Advisor.

The daughter of an Italian diplomat, Laci has traveled the world extensively. Most of her early childhood was spent in Lucca, Italy, a place she still considers to be home. However in her early teens she was sent to private boarding school in London, where she stayed until she moved to Edinburgh for college.

At Queen Margret University in Edinburgh, Laci studied Broadcasting Journalism and Business Law. After her graduation in 2001, she worked as a freelance reporter for the BBC. While in Glasgow, reporting on a shipbuilder's strike, she met and fell in love with Torin Grant. At the time, he was a wrestler with the SWF. They were wed in 2003, at which time she began working for the SWF as a segment producer. She enjoyed her time there, befriending Rhona O'Conner and her husband Marcus O'Conner. She was eventually promoted to an associate producer, and began working closely with Rhona. They developed a closer friendship in 2005 after Torin suffered a severe neck injury.

Rhona and Marcus accompanied the Grant's to the hospital, and talked them through the rehabilitation process, since Marcus had endured a similar injury. Over the course of the next year, Laci helped Torin through his physical therapy, only to discover in 2006 that he was having an affair with his trainer. They divorced shortly there after. By the time the SWF was incorporated into the EAA, Laci had left the country, spending some time back in Italy. In mid 2007, she received a call from Rhona asking if Laci was ready to come back to the wrestling world. She agreed to take the position of Rhona's assistant, and packed her things quickly, eager for a new opportunity in a new country.

After Rhona and Marcus O'Conner returned to England, Alexander Remis offered Laci the position of Head Legal Assistant for the VCW. Since this time, Laci has rarely appeared on camera.
