Laura Masters

Born in Atlanta, Georgia to a farmer and a veterinarian, Laura was the sixth of ten children and the family's only girl. She started watching wrestling in the hay day of Hulk Hogan and Rowdy Roddy Piper and immediately fell in love with the “biz”. As she grew, her brothers all started getting into the world of pro wrestling. They all asked her to be their valet and manager, a request she took very seriously. In 1998, Laura got into GSU and within six years she graduated summa cum laude with a masters in business management.

In 2004, she joined her brother Donnie in the North East Championship Wrestling Federation as a manager. She also managed five other brothers in various other federations. In 2006, she became a backstage interviewer for the now defunct Delta Wrestling Association. Alex Remis met her at a live DWA event in New Orleans and asked if she would join the VCW as a full time on air commentator. In 2007, she reached a deal with the VCW to put her on air as the face commentator for the promotion's flagship show, Monday Night Showdown.
